Authors
Submission window for this anthology is Jan 15 – July 1, 2025. Nudges are acceptable after July 15, 2025.
For those who submitted prior to the May 1st deadline, you will receive feedback on the original schedule.
Short Stories
To submit a short story for consideration, follow the guidelines below:
- Each author may submit up to 2 short stories. Please send each in a separate email/form.
- All short stories should be 2500-8000 words.
- Stories should focus on the themes of faith, identity, hope, and/or community. Stories may be faith-based or LGBTQ themed; priority will be given to stories that include both elements.
- Genres not accepted: erotica and horror.
- All other genres will be considered, with a preference for contemporary, historical, and non-fiction.
- Submit stories for the anthology to the following email: reconcilingtherainbow (at) Gmail (dot) com.
Poetry
To submit poetry, follow the guidelines below:
- Each author may submit up to 3 unique poems, or up to 6 pages of poetic prose.
- No single poem or prose should exceed 6 pages.
- Topics should be themed about faith, identity, hope, and/or community.
- Submissions go through web form or to the following email: reconcilingtherainbow (at) gmail (dot) com
